Subsidence Contracts Manager/Building Surveyor – Insurance Repairs

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager/Building Surveyor. This is a permanent role within a progressive company dedicated to managing insurance Subsidence Claims. The role will be predominantly office based (normally minimum 3 days per week) with the exception of pre-start meetings/site valuation inspections (as required).

A background in Subsidence property repairs is desirable along with a strong management, financial and commercial working philosophy. There is a good opportunity for progression within a long established Company.
