An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Property & Insurance Support Services team as a Mitigation Coordinator. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a high attention to detail who is a proactive problem solver and is able to multitask effectively.
Specifically this role will:
- Assist with the delivery of services and products to meet client deliverables in regard to established standards and KPIs.
- Daily management of handling allocated case loads including dashboard and queries by both phone and email.
- Ensure quality assurance of projects and services enabling high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with 3rd parties including councils, tree officers, solicitors and the general public.
- Monitor the progress of all workloads to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner, whilst maintaining detailed records of all communication and documentation.
- Inbound & outbound telephone calls.
- Raise invoices along with proofing and issuing final reports to the clients.
The person and experience:
The successful applicant must have a high attention to detail, along with a thirst for knowledge and will have the relevant experience:
- Office administration.
- Use of web-based databases.
- Working within insurance or property management sector, managing case loads is desirable but not essential.
Skills and Aptitudes:
- Competent and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be competent at taking instruction and delivering.
- Excellent personal effectiveness, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem solving skills.
- Highly competent in the use of MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
- GCSE Maths & English A-C (or equivalent).
