An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Property & Insurance Support Services team as a Mitigation Coordinator. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a high attention to detail who is a proactive problem solver and is able to multitask effectively.

Specifically this role will: 

  • Assist with the delivery of services and products to meet client deliverables in regard to established standards and KPIs.
  • Daily management of handling allocated case loads including dashboard and queries by both phone and email.
  • Ensure quality assurance of projects and services enabling high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties including councils, tree officers, solicitors and the general public.
  • Monitor the progress of all workloads to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner, whilst maintaining detailed records of all communication and documentation.
  • Inbound & outbound telephone calls.
  • Raise invoices along with proofing and issuing final reports to the clients.

The person and experience:
The successful applicant must have a high attention to detail, along with a thirst for knowledge and will have the relevant experience:

  • Office administration.
  • Use of web-based databases.
  • Working within insurance or property management sector, managing case loads is desirable but not essential.

Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Competent and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be competent at taking instruction and delivering.
  • Excellent personal effectiveness, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Highly competent in the use of MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • GCSE Maths & English A-C (or equivalent).

  • Assertive, pro-active and self-motivated.
  • High attention to detail whilst maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture.
