Experienced Subsidence Claims Handler

You’ll be the focal point for clients, guiding them through the claims process from start to finish. This role demands strong organisational skills, resilience, and a customer-focused approach.

• Experience in managing property claims: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills: You’ll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
